How do I clean my leather wallet?

Every full grain leather product will develop some marks and small imperfections due to it being a natural material. This doesn't mean that you can’t clean your leather goods, and it's actually fairly simple, just follow the steps below.

  • Add 2-3 drops of liquid detergent to 2 cups of lukewarm water

  • Mix in a bowl until suds start to form

  • Dip the edge of a clean cotton or microfiber cloth into the suds

  • With a little bit of pressure rub the cloth across the surface of the leather to clean

  • After the leather dries, apply leather conditioner. Start with a very small amount and rub it in with a dry cloth. This will keep the leather soft and stop it from drying

where do you get it from?

We are currently getting our leather from Wickett & Craig. They are one of the only specialty vegetable tanneries in the U.S and have been making some of the most beautiful hides around since 1867.

what type of leather do you use?

All of our products are made with full grain leather, which is the highest quality grade available. It is more expensive to make and can be difficult work with, but the end result is a beautiful product that will last forever.

When will my item ship?

All our items are made by hand and to order. Usually, orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has been shipped out.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently offer international shipping (only domestic within the US) but it’s something we hope to add in the near future.

refunds & exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. All returns must be unused and in the same condition that they were received in. It must also be in the original packaging. We require proof of purchase in order to fully complete your return. Specialty items may not qualify for returns unless they arrive damaged.
